Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us
  5. Receive refund within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
